I was traveling from MI to AK and needed help with my Ultra Classic after a mishap. The couple who own this dealership are the NICEST PEOPLE. Not only did they give me 5 star treatment, they went out of their way to accommodate me. Being a traveler, they put me to the front of the line for service. Susan made sure I found a hotel room for the night and not only did she provide transportation to the hotel but she shared some of the city's sights and history with me. I was given a more than fair price for all the work I needed. Dennis stayed in touch with me regarding repairs and options on my bike. This people at this dealership restored my faith in human kindness. I highly recommend this dealership for any needs you may have for your HOG . Service dept. was excellent and fair. While I did not shop the apparel and merchandise part of the dealership, I did notice that it was well stocked with numerous items. I can not say enough good things about this dealership and the owners. When I am ready to buy my next Harley I would seriously consider making the drive from MI just to give them my business. EXCELLENT PEOPLE....EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I was out doing some traveling on my motorcycle and a problem developed with the bike.I found them through the dealer locator and made my way to them. They managed to get me in soon since I was from out of town. They diagnosed the problem and got me out door to continue my trip.

A buddy and I were passing through and decided to stop in one afternoon, Josh asked me if I was looking and mentioned he had a fresh trade not yet on the floor. We looked at it and took a couple photos, before I had gotten home he sent me a couple more photos. Needless to say, a couple weeks and many phone calls later, my wife and I were heading home with a great bike and a great deal. I drove about 3 hours just to work with Dave at HD Duluth. Nothing against any of the dealerships I drove past, but this guy created the most relaxed and professional experience possible.

Knew everything I asked about, spent a week of phone calls taking up way too much of his time when he was way too busy at it was - yet he always returned my calls and got me the info I needed or answered questions that came up.

Extremely fair and honest, I felt like I was working a trade through a long-time riding buddy, not a salesman tthat I met for the first time... even though that was the case.

Can't say enough positive highlights about Dave or this dealership. I would encourage anyone even remotely considering making a purchase to CHOOSE THIS DEALERSHIP!

I just bought a 2019 Street Glide blackout and Dan gave me a price my wife couldn't refuse. Love the bike and Dan was a great person to deal with as was everyone in the building. They all treated us very well. It was a great experience and of course will will be back many more times .And now all it does is snow

All the staff in all the departments have always been very helpful and friendly. Duluth HD picked up sponsorship of our HOG Chapter when we lost our dealer in Eveleth. I recently purchased a 2010 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Prior to that I had a Yamaha VStar 1100. Although I liked the bike, I wanted a bigger more comfortable bike that I my wife would be able to ride. I have never been on a bike like that before. The Salesman was very easy to talk to and walked me through the whole bike when purchased. He made sure my first purchase was hassel free and enjoyable. Recently I had a 1200 conversion installed in my Iron, Alex was able to locate the big bore kit and ordered it for me. The service dept was absolute great, John was very cordial and helpful as was the mechanic that installed the conversion and oil cooler as he took the time to explain all the details to myself about the work performed. When I was ready to take the bike home, Alex, John, Mechanic Joe and Greg all greeted me off! This has never happened to me at other dealers! The parts staff is the finest I have ever had an experience with and they remember me by name! Ann in the clothing is also very good at her job as she has been helping me over the past 4 years. I came to the Harley Shop on Fri (12-10-10) to buy myself a new leather jacket with recent birthday money. Upon trying on a few jackets on my own and sales lady came over to help me. I had never met her before,we exchanged names and she gave me more help than I dreamed I would get. After coming home and thinking about how I would wear the jacket, I had decided that it would not be big enough and knew I had to try a bigger size. Niki once again helped me when I arrived on 12-13-10. I left the harley shop Monday with the jacket that I am now very pleased to own. I will now look for Niki every time I am there.
